Finecaster Casting (Zhenjiang) Co., Ltd., a new enterprise reformed from the state-owned factory, Zhenjiang Automotive Casting Factory, which was founded in 1966 and belonged to Southern Group (now the SAIC), supplies professional cast iron auto parts. We have 500 staff members and an annual production capacity of more than 15 thousand tons of products, with ISO90000:20000 certificate. Our products are exported to France, Germany, Italy, the USA and other countries and regions, winning the national award of quality control from the government every year.

With 40 years' experience and advanced technologies, we built a horizontal continuous casting production line in 2009 and this production line was officially operated in the end of 2010. We now have an annual production capability of over 10000 tons of continuous cast iron profiles and an annual machining capability of 7000 tons of other profiles.

We have 8 R&D staff members working on product development and research. We adopt the ERP system to manage all departments. We have more than 40 sets of machining equipment and more than 10 types of testing equipment (including SPECTROMAXX). Our factory covers an area of over 5000 square meters. Two more plants have been built.

At present, our products are widely used in the following areas:
1) Hydraulic pressure and pneumatic part field: valves, fairleads, gear wheels and pistons
2) Machine tool part field: sea saws, guiding rails, worktables and transmission gears
3) Metallurgy machine part field: the transporting rollers for high-speed wire rolling mills
4) Refrigerator compressor part field: piston rings and sliding blades
5) Mould part field: glass moulds, plastic moulds, grinding wheel moulds, die-casting moulds, etc.
6) Car component field: gears, gear boxes, etc.
7) Weaving and printing machine part field: rollers, axes, gears and flanges
8) Train making field: the dowel ringers of veering frameworks for express trains
